To mark the start of this year’s Dementia Awareness Week, the Sporting Memories Network teamed up with the fantastic folk at Caterham F1 to offer a signed 2013 team shirt to one lucky fan.

In April, Tom Webb, Head of Communications for the Caterham F1 Team shared some fantastic memories of motorsport in support of the work with older fans and to celebrate this, there is an official Caterham F1 Team Shirt signed by Caterham F1 Team’s 2013 race drivers Charles Pic & Giedo Van Der Garde up for grabs!

How to enter -For a chance to win this fantastic prize, simply share a favourite F1 memory. It might be a great overtaking move, the first time you went to a GP or the first race you saw on TV, the magic of watching the glamour around the streets of Monaco. Add your memory & select the Caterham Shirt Competition tag from the drop down list, remember to include your Twitter username. A winner will be chosen after the Monaco Grand Prix.
